Terms of Use
This English translation is provided for convenience only. In case of any discrepancy, the Hebrew version prevails.
Out of an abundance of caution
“In this world nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes” (Benjamin Franklin). On the question of taxes I might argue, but that is where my argument ends.
Well, a reading too (like many other good things) is not an exact science; the content on this website is intended to share my personal experience, which rests on the experience and the fruits I have gathered over the years.
The service I offer, as described on the website and in general, does not constitute medical advice, a professional opinion or a substitute for consulting a qualified professional.
Anyone who receives services of the kind I offer understands in advance that my words are not the words of the living God and that taking them with a grain of salt is essential. Part of being human is the ability to err, and that ability, fortunately for me, has not passed me by.
As I have said, and as is self-evident, I see myself as a channel for passing on information; so the things said in my sessions or calls are not even my own words or personal opinions, but messages I receive in connection with initial indications from the client.
Therefore, I undertake to treat you with transparency and to pass on the messages as they are; you will need to undertake, mainly toward yourselves, to treat them wisely.
Terms of Use: Phone Readings
How the reading is conducted
Phone reading sessions with Liat Weisskopf (hereinafter: “the Reading Call”) take place by phone call and/or by WhatsApp voice call only, subject to the client’s approval of a declaration that will be sent to them before the date of the call. It is clarified that for a first session with a new client, only a 40 or 60-minute call can be booked, and a 20-minute focused reading cannot be booked as a first session.
The Reading Call is intended for one client only, who is on the call with Liat Weisskopf. The participation of more than one person on the client’s behalf in the call constitutes a breach of these terms of use, and Liat Weisskopf may, at her sole discretion, end the call immediately, without the client being entitled to any refund.
Nature of the information and responsibility for reliance
It is clarified that any information provided by Liat Weisskopf during the Reading Call, to the extent provided, is not a substitute for advice of any kind, including medical, psychological or any other advice. Such information does not purport to be scientific or precise, and for this reason it should not be regarded as a substitute for such advice.
The client understands and agrees that any reliance on information provided by Liat Weisskopf during the Reading Call, to the extent provided, is at the client’s sole responsibility, and accordingly the client waives in advance any claim or lawsuit against Liat Weisskopf insofar as it relates directly to reliance on such information.
Payment procedures
Payment for the Reading Call is to be settled up to 24 hours before the time of the call, using the payment link sent to the client. For appointments set for a Sunday and/or the day after a holiday, payment must be settled by 16:00 on the last business day before the appointment (for example, Thursday for an appointment set for Sunday). Failure to settle payment on time may result in cancellation of the appointment.
Cancellation procedures
An appointment may be cancelled up to 24 hours before its scheduled time for a full credit. For appointments set for a Sunday and/or the day after a holiday, cancellation is possible until 16:00 on the last business day before the appointment (for example, Thursday for an appointment set for Sunday) for a full credit. A cancellation made less than 24 hours before the time of the call, or after 16:00 on the business day preceding an appointment set for a Sunday and/or the day after a holiday, will be charged a full cancellation fee.
Validation at the start of the call
During the first 10 minutes of the Reading Call, a stage of fact validation takes place. If facts cannot be validated within these 10 minutes, the client may ask to end the call and receive a full credit. A request for a credit after the first 10 minutes have passed, including a request at the end of the call, will not entitle the client to any refund and/or credit. Continuing the call after the first 10 minutes constitutes the client’s consent to and confirmation of what is said during it, and no claim in this regard will be heard afterwards.
Confidentiality, recording and indemnification
The client undertakes to keep in full confidence all information provided to them in connection with and during the Reading Call by Liat Weisskopf and/or anyone on her behalf, and not to pass it on, personally or through another, expressly or by implication, to any third party, including by an omission that allows it to be disclosed by another (hereinafter: “the Duty of Confidentiality”). This Duty of Confidentiality meets the definition of a duty of confidentiality established by agreement, within the meaning of Section 2(8) of the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, and its breach may give rise to a cause of action against the client under Section 4 of that law.
The client undertakes not to record and/or film, personally or through another, any part of the Reading Call, including any conversation, consultation, exchange of documents or other information related to dealings with Liat Weisskopf.
The client agrees to indemnify and compensate Liat Weisskopf for any damage, expense, fine or claim caused to her as a result of a breach of the client’s undertakings under this section, including where a transfer of information contrary to those undertakings leads to a claim or complaint by a third party against Liat Weisskopf.
Jurisdiction and governing law
By contacting Liat Weisskopf to receive a service, the client accepts that any dispute relating to the service will be heard exclusively by the competent court in Israel, in the city of Haifa, and in accordance with Israeli law.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure a continuous internet connection and properly working equipment while viewing. The client is aware that Liat Weisskopf will not be responsible for viewing problems resulting from technical faults that are the client’s responsibility.

The products
Courses and products in the fields of spirituality, channeling, meditation and energy healing (like many other good things) are not an exact science; the content on the Website is intended to share Liat Weisskopf’s personal experience, which rests on the experience and the fruits she has gathered over the years.
The courses offered by Liat, as described on the Website and in general, do not constitute medical advice, a professional opinion or a substitute for consulting a qualified professional.
By approving these terms, the client understands and accepts in advance that the words of Liat Weisskopf are not the words of the living God and that taking them with a grain of salt is essential, with the understanding that Liat Weisskopf, like any human being, is capable of error, and that she sees herself as a channel for passing on information, so that the things said in sessions, in calls, in the course videos or in the course exercises are not her own words or personal opinions, but messages she receives in connection with initial indications.
By approving these terms, the client understands that Liat Weisskopf will act transparently to pass on the messages as they are, and the client undertakes to treat the messages received wisely.
Liat Weisskopf reserves the exclusive right to change the content of the courses at her discretion.
Purchasing products on the Website and delivery
By making a purchase on the Website, you declare and undertake that you are at least 18 years old and hold a valid credit card. If you intend to pass on the use of the purchased product to a minor under the age of 18, you declare that you understand that all dealings with Liat Weisskopf will be conducted through you and with your approval, and that you will have no claim regarding the minor’s legal capacity.

Payment, liability and cancellation of transactions for digital courses and subscriptions
In accordance with the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 2010 (hereinafter: “the Consumer Protection Law”).
A purchase and/or registration for a course cannot be changed and/or cancelled after access to the content has been received, and the client will not be entitled to any refund. A digital course is material that can be copied, duplicated or viewed repeatedly, and therefore the transaction cannot be cancelled once it has been made. If you wish to retain the right to cancel the transaction, you are asked not to purchase the course and not to receive the password for viewing the course materials.
A user who has purchased the digital course will not be able to cancel the purchase.
Liat may discontinue the services provided to the user if payment for the purchased course has not been made, or if the payment for it has been cancelled.
A request to cancel a subscription is to be submitted to the Website by sending an email to liat@liat.ws. The message must state the reason for the cancellation and the email address with which the client registered.
In the case of a request to cancel a subscription, the subscription will be discontinued within 3 days of the day the cancellation notice was delivered. In the event of such a cancellation, the client will not be charged on the next billing date, and their access to the courses will end at the close of the period for which they have paid.
After the cancellation has been carried out, the client will receive written notice from the Website confirming the cancellation.
Without derogating from the above, where factors and/or events beyond the control of Liat Weisskopf and/or the Website’s operators delay and/or prevent in any way the sale of the products, in whole or in part, and/or the delivery of the products published on the Website on the dates set, and/or if faults in computer systems and/or telephone systems and/or any other means of communication interfere with the completion of the purchase process, and/or if, due to hostilities and/or a strike and/or a lockout and/or an exceptional call-up of military reserves and/or any other factor constituting force majeure, the process of purchasing the products is prevented and/or impaired between the date the product was published for purchase and the planned delivery date under the product’s purchase terms, Liat Weisskopf may give notice of the cancellation of the purchase, in whole or in part, and no payment will be charged for a product that was not delivered.
